Capture More Player Data with Registration Custom Fields
Have you ever needed to capture shirt sizes, waiver acknowledgments, or arbitrary answers to questions (luncheon food preferences) for one of your golf tournaments? It can be a lot of data to capture. This often requires a separate questioner, separate from the registration system you have in place to capture payments for players.
Golf Rocket has you covered. With our new Registration Custom Fields, you can create up to 10 custom fields on the registration form, killing two birds with one stone. As always, players will punch in their first and last names along with phone number to login and email (optional) for notifications. Now though you can also capture whatever other details you need to properly run your tournament. Giving away swag? Ask players for their size. Concerned about allergies, ask about food preferences for the luncheon after. Want to ensure players don't use more than three pieces of string at your charity event? Have them agree to the terms.
Once the registration form is complete, users will be redirected to payment (if accepting payments for your tourney). Once those registrations come in, you can download the report of everyone who has registered which will include all the details they provided making it simple to get all the data you need to run your tournament.
