Load Balancing Golf Rocket

Load Balancing is crucial to software, and Golf Rocket just implemented ours.

We recently added load balancing to Golf Rocket ensuring that power outages and primary internet outages do not stop courses from running their tournaments. If there is a power/internet outage, our load balancer in the cloud quickly fails over to the secondary connection ensuring continuity of service for our customers.

We accomplished this with Cloudflare's Load Balancer. A continuous health check verifies which pools of connections can be used and routes traffic accordingly.
